While we apply industry-standard, documented treatment protocols, pest control outcomes can be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, neighboring properties, structural conditions, and customer actions between visits. We will always tell you what we found, what we did, and what to expect — we do not guarantee a pest-free result on a specific timeline, and any service-specific guarantee will be stated in writing at the time of your estimate.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service completion, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We do not require long-term contracts before you have experienced a service visit.
7. Cancellations
We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, so that we can offer the time slot to another customer.
